Step 1 - Please register/login on the Oral Health Network platform https://ohasa.colgateoralhealthnetwork.com/webinar/

Step 2 - After you have completed the webinar please log your attendance on the following link - https://forms.monday.com/forms/656106d84c6830eabc767dba181def5e?r=use1

This will have to be done for each webinar that you attend as it will be cross checked with the Oral Health Network data for verification.
